Well at the 200 hp shot level, you should be looking beyond plates or nozzels in terms of even distribution. #1 cyl in LT1's tend to get starved to begin with. Personally I would not run a dry shot past 100 hp as the requirement to supply the added fuel makes the A/F too rich for my blood and I am not a fan of fuel swaps at the track.
I would personally run a direct port wet shot running off a stand alone filled w/ C16 so the safety margin is there and your "street" tune does not have to be toned down as much. It would give you a good balance IMO.
