?? Lingenfelter & HSW +

Hey guys im in the mix of setting up my nitrous system and im running a lingenfelter 2step and timing controller and hsw microedge + progressive controller.

In the lingenfelters manual it says not to put the controler near nitrous relays or any thing magnetic, well would the external part of the microedge + be magnetic? Would the lingenfelter box be ok to position next to the + box?

i dont but i do need the timing controller and both are built into one piece
