tell him to get off his ass and go door to door like the rest of us had to. im dissaponted that he has his dad is selling popcorn for him . that is not what bsa is about. trust me i earned my eagle with a ton of work.

This really is a great cause to support guys.
All money goes to the troop to use for all the great things the Cub Scouts do and stand for.
And the popcorn is really good.
My son is up over $600
I'm buying a few tins for our soliders serving myself.

exactly, i dont care if the parents go with the kids, but make sure they do the work. my dad and i actuly wrote a book on pine wood derby cars lol. he is a machinist and tought me well.

Glad to see some other fellow Eagle scouts out there.

I feel the same way you guys do, I busted my ass off for eagle and the pinewood too. Pissed me off when people bought fast cars, or the parents made them.

My dad helped me, or basically gave me ideas to make it faster, but still had to make it myself. Learned so much in the Scouts.
