PPE Xcelerator Hot +2 E.T. Duramax 01-09 Here is the programmer I took off of my truck when I sold it. This programmer is the top of the line model from Pacific Performance.

I paid over $1000 for this programmer and I was averaging about 22 mpg on the highway with it on level 5, not to mention it hauled.... trailers quite well
