As it's out of the truck (1999 Chevy Tahoe), it is up for sale. This had replaced my Vortec 5.7 in the truck.
This 383 stroker has a 1 piece rear main seal, provisions for roller cam, with 4 bolt mains.
The forged crank and rods are from the company that assembled the engine,
Speed-o-motive.
The forged pistons are from a company called
Probe Industries, 20.4 cc dish on them.

This engine was built for boost, but it could be run NA as I had done. It will fit pretty much any vehicle that has a SBC in it. It cost $3500 for just the shortblock new, and this has maybe 3K miles on it.
