| Thinking of selling car... So I've been thinking about it for awhile and at this point in my life it would make alot more sense to buy something more of a nice daily driver. And I've really owned an F-body for like the last 10 years except for a year stint with the Z06...
The question is wether I sell it complete or parted out. I know these things are selling for a bunch anymore but is 23k a ridiculous price for a 25k mile SS with the mods it has??
Would anyone local be interested in the drivetrain? I'm thinking 8500 for the long block with all extras??
Would be interested in trailblazer ss or better CTS-V trades. |

| I looked at the older CTSs and I was disappointed in the interior. If you haven't already check out the G8s.
Or how about another corvette....mine is going to be for sale shortly (shameless plug)

Would be nice to have it around when I get mine running pretty soon though.

Mike | I'm guessing unless I part it out I'll still have it for awhile. |

I hope it works out for you. I might be interested in a trade plus cash for your Fiske's. Good luck and keep us posted.

| Well we could start bidding Oh wait Mikey is like my best friend so you better start big Doug!
On a side note I don't know how realistic this is selling in this economy. I'm going to try some new springs in the rear and maybe an LS7 clutch. If I could work out a few issues the car would be alot more fun to drive. I've just got so much time and money into and really don't enjoy it....full throttle is cool but it gets REALLY illegal fast. So I would like to get it to the point where it is livable if I keep it. Maybe even a smaller cam.
That said if someone offered the money for the engine or the car I'd probably take it right now... |
