Dixie Spooktacular Car Show - Oct 11th; Alabama

Okay, DixieMuscleCars.com has teamed up with the Birmingham F-body Association and Southern Stangs to host our first annual (hopefully) "Dixie Spooktacular Car show".

See the flyer below for more info but notice a few special features that we're offering including:

A "Chick Magnet" award. Only females will be judging this. Come on guys, how would you like to have a trophy sitting on your mantel that says "Winner - Chick Magnet"?

An "Under Construction" award so even if you think your car isn't fit for a show, bring it anyway.

Also, how many times have you been pulled over by Johnny law and wish that you could get your picture taken? Well, here's your chance. We'll have a local policeman there in a brand new Charger police car that you'll be able to park in front of and get your picture taken in a "simulated traffic stop". Donations are appreciated for this which will benefit the policeman's charity fund.


Feel free to spread the word, print out flyers and pass them out at will. Below is also a link to a PDF file of the flyer for better print quality. Also, I'll be posting up a black and white version soon so you don't run your printer dry.

Just a reminder to everyone that this show is coming up this Saturday and the weather is showing 0% chance of rain and a high of 80 degrees. PERFECT car show weather!

We're going to leave the discounted preregistration open for a few more days. You can still register for only $15 via paypal if you want by sending the funds to dixiemusclecars@charter.net. Otherwise, you can register the day of the show for $20.

Don't forget that we have the "Under Construction" and "Cleanest Car" awards so it doesn't matter if your car is still in progress or it's bone stock, you still have a chance to win.

We also have a lot of door prizes and some 3-day passes to the Barbers Vintage Festival in Leeds the following weekend to raffle off.
