Default Inner door panel cracks

Hey everyone. You all probably all know about the common door panel crack problem on the TA's. I have the same problem with mine. I have plenty of experience on the outside of a vehicle but as far and interior I don't. How do I go about repairing these cracks. Should I plastic weld them or use the same stuff I would with a rear bumper. Now as far as painting them goes what is best way to go about that? I don't want them to look all fake. I would rather them look like factory. I do not want to buy new ones. The price for them things is insane I would rather have the cracks.
