Default tuning for faster spool up

Whats the general rule for getting your turbos to spool up faster. I had the car tuned with smaller turbos when I converted to a 3bar map setup. I upgraded to slightly larger turbos and the car is a pig off the line. I know you will have more lag with the larger turbos, but in this case I believe I can spool up faster with some tuning. I have efilive so I can change anything I just need some direction. My logs show the afr during spool up to be 12.3-12.5 from 0-30mph once in boost I drop right down to 11.5 on the car hauls ass. I was thinking of adding fuel down low to get it going. Is this the right idea? This is a sts kit so the turbos are in the back. I went from a .36 a/r exhaust housing to a .48. On the compressor side I went from a 47 trim to a 52. Any sugguestion would be appreciated.

add timing and lean fuel. tune it like a n/a motor until boost comes in because it IS n/a without any boost.
