Lightbulb code P1637

Any one had this code (P1637 H - Generator L - Terminal Circuit) or would like to give help how to fix it please do

It's the red exiter wire on top of your alternator. It doesn't give much slack and may be coming out of the connector. You can get a replacement connector with an extended wire for the lack of slack at the dealership. They might give you one with 4 wires, just cut the ones you don't need. It cost about $25-$30. Get it replaced. I ran the same code for a good while and then it snapped on me and left me stranded.................

It's right on top, but you'll have to remove the alternator to get to it.................

emmm ok ill scrach the wire and get my AVO meter and connect from the red wire to earth and see what the volts it gives.......
