Question Found a Car for Cheap need insight

Ok my 99 trans am got smashed by a hummer in the rear in september. The insurance companys are battling it out right now so i got 7900 for the car then bought it back for 700 and had 500 taken out for my deductble until we get the hummers insurance to pay up then i get that 500 back. Now ive looked and test drove some cars but found nothing that tickled me. Found a car thats not too far away for 3900 dollars. No thats not a typo. Its NBM. From the pics it looks decent. I will go check it out. now my question is how the hell does it have white interior and do you all think there could be something major wrong with it. Ive got a tranny setup coming out of my old car so i dont care about the trans. And if it needs a motor ill just rebuild my old motor and throw it in.

"2000 Pontiac Trans Am Firebird $3900 ===> e-mail me at: ******@yahoo.com Options: Leather seats CD player Sunroof Anti-lock brakes Driver airbag Passenger airbag Cruise control Power locks Power seats Power windows Air conditioning For all interested buyer: I'm not interested in any trade, and if you don't have the money for it don't weaste our time!!! 2000 Pontiac Trans Am with 70,200 actual miles. Completely loaded LS1 V-8, including dual power front seats with lateral, lumbar. WS6 package, 3:42 ratio posi gears, flowmaster muffler, and monsoon audio system. Car runs and drives excellent!!!! Does not have any known problems. ===> e-mail me at: ******@yahoo.com "

Something wrong or just a case of needing money and not realizing what they have.

Yes it does have two differnt style wheels on it. I emailed them and if all is good ill check it out tomarrow. I just want to know what to look for and have some more insight on this thing.

Interesting... it mentions having a WS6 package... yet no hood? The car looks great from the rest of the images in that album ( http://s433.photobucket.com/albums/q...ransAmFirebird ) and there is nothin to loose by digging in further and checking it out in person.. but seems fishy. Either way... maybe you can frankenstein the two vehicles if needed.

Wrong seats for a WS6 as well, isn't it?

Those seats are from a 30th, and for as clean as tehy look, they're probably worth near 1K to a 30th owner.

Looks like a scam to me.

3.42 ratio rear is for a T56 car, pictures show a auto shifter, unless someone swapped rears. Its a scam I bet.

the front wheels look different than the rears. It looks like 01 and later WS6 wheels on the back and not on the front. and the seats are from a 30th TA. Looks like possible cobbled together wreck.

The front left fender doesn't match, the rims are 97-99 camaro wheels, not 2001+ ws6 wheels.
