Default 25th anniversary stripe question

for those who have a LT1 ram air hood with a Stripe similiar to a anniversary one. How did you apply it going over the scoops?

I ask because eventually I want to get a Ram air hood for my 94. I will also be replacing my stripe. But I want the stripe to go over the scoops like it is originally. i dont like the Comp t/a look of the stripe stopping before the scoops. Do i need to buy a extra stripe for the hood just to make it cover everything?

here are some pix i took from the net

The left picture looks like crap to me
The middle picture looks the best I just wish i had a close up..
The right picture looks okay, but i think it should have the start of the stripe above the bird

I would just get the standard stripe kit and then custom cut it so that the point still COMES to a point. Where it would do that would be at the nose between the nostrils.
