Just because he has it on ebay for that price doesnt mean its "worth that much". It takes two things to determine value...what someone will sell something for and what someone will buy it for. You cant base a value by using just one of those factors. I suspect he would have a real hard time selling it for half of his asking price. If you want to what it would sell for...list it with no reserve and a starting price of .01.
