better fog lights from 93-97?

I read somewhere recently that the fog lights from the 93-97 birds are glass as opposed to the 98-02 are plastic. I would like to get the better glass ones. Is their light output any better? Are they a direct fit? thanks guys

They output on both are exactly the same. Yes they are a direct swap though, they're 100% identical.

Stay away from rock haulers. I have a busted one, and it happened right after a replaced the bulb.
