If its a Formula its one of 1302. If its a WS6 its one of 233. Thats about all the info that is out there. You might be able to more info from SLP if its a WS6.

FYI 2002 is the only year where a HUGE breakdown like that is available.

Yea I wish there was a break down more then that too. Ive been searching for over 5 months to find one and gave up on it.

If you go by the 02 numbers they made 6% of all Firebirds with a hardtop. Sooo ummm just guess.

NOT true, ASC did WS6 conversions for GM from '98-'02. SLP did WS6 conversions only in '96-'97.

I knew that. I meant to say Firehawk and not WS6.

On the first page of this thread there is a link that reads:

"1,602 Formulas were produced for the 2000 model year. In 2000, 175 Formulas received the WS6 package. 20 of these cars also recieved the 1LE option."

But bball is stating that there were only 1302 made in 2000. Which one is correct?

Trans Am 6639 coupe; 783 vert; 7166 WS6 coupe; 1025 WS6 vert; 15613 total
Another source agreed:

Quote:

Formula WS6 233
Trans Am 6639
Trans Am Convertible 783

My source shows only 122 NBM T/A 'verts in '98, but this breakdown may not include Canadian cars (it also shows 2835 WS6s, but ASC reported 3086 being built), so if another 4 were built for Canada, 126 would make sense.

I don't have a color-combo breakdown, but the same breakdown shows 220 T/A 'verts w/ Taupe tops built (barely 1%). So you could have a rare combo. Theres a NBM Firebird 'vert around here w/ taupe top, always turns my head.

You could play the % game and speculate you have 1 of 104 Red M6 TA coupes w/ no TCS. But no way to know for sure.

Check your RPO sheet on your driver side door. It should say "build date" on there.
