Pretty impressive, put 100 shot on it and if it hooks should run low 10's or maybe even break into the high 9's. Maybe spray it in 2nd instead of at wot which most systems are set up for. You know whats really impressive, the mph. My nova ran 9.70 at 138, he's running 11.00 at 130. Those turbos are really making some hp on the big end, only 7.5 lbs of boost.

The 11.0 run was at 14lbs of boost. Still impressive though for a big 4-door!
Someone surely is, the corvettes also have the 6l80e. You know that there are some bad vettes that have had the tranny worked when the put a bunch more hp in it.
...and the lighter CCW wheels/skinnies of course.
But the turbos, intercooler and plumbing add most (all?) of that weight savings right back in so the claim of "full weight" is still valid.
6l80e is a lot stronger then our 4l60e... thing i cant believe is 630 rwhp on a stock short block!! id like to see how long it lives, thats damn impressive!
Eric did a recent post on the G8 forum and its got about 10,000+ miles on it right now. That is really impressive. It will also run low 12's with 7lbs of boost and 11.00 with 14lbs. He's probably daily driving with 7lbs. and turns up the wick at the track. That in my opinion is the best bang for the buck and will still get decent mileage at 7lbs. It is the stock long block and tranny with stock converter.
