Default Im getting my 09 G8 GT today

Im picking it up in a few hours, its gonna be my girlfriends DD,except for nasty days ofcourse ! Im looking for a 160 thermostat, and cold air intake setup or atleast a filter, and in the future a tune,as long as none of this stuff will mess up the DOD crap ?? Do they make a cold air intake for these yet,i will probably go with SLP on the 160 thermostat. And has anybody on here actually had theres to the track yet ? I hear from GM Hightech that there supposed to run 13.6 stock ? What times and with what mods ??? Just want to know whats worth doing, keep in mind this is my GF's daily driver, but she wants to beat some of these kids around here in there so called fast cars !

I know nothing of those cars but why a 160* t-stat? Modern cars are amde to run hotter for a reason. they dont need to run cold all the time. A tune can have the fans kick on earlier and would be a lot better.

For sure not a 160* stat. These cars should be at least 180* to operate properly.
