| another positive G8GT experience i test drove a G8GT a little while ago. very very nice car. nice riding, very comfortable and it gets going for a big car. while i prefer a manual that auto stick works pretty well imo. it must have a low first gear becausae it jumps out from a stop in auto stick mode. it makes my GTO feel ancient which is a good thing.
i told the salesmen i really want a GXP. but i asked what my price would be for a GT with suppliers disc. its only about 1k off. is that right? he also said my GM card would only take 1/3 of my earnings but hed take the full amount instead of my sppliers disc. which is 1800 right now.
i really dont need a 4dr car but its a great car for its price.

| I personally am going to wait for the 6spd to consider this car more seriously, I hate buying new...but I love these cars. Just don't buy an auto if you don't fully want it man. |

| Looks like the 09's went up in price by a couple grand over the 08's. I test drove an 08 about a month ago, fully loaded will all options and it was MSRP of $32,7xx. Supplier price was about $30k on it.

| THey are nice cars. When I go to get a new ride it will be a toss up between the GXP and the new Camaro

| I got to work on one about 2 weeks ago (GT) and took it for a joy ride after i pulled it out of the shop. I would have to agree with anyone who likes the autostick. It has low and responsive gearing and really pulls in 1st through 3rd. (for an auto trans)
I was very pleased driving this thing and really am considering getting one.... even though im against sedan sports cars

| The G8 is a pretty impressive car, favorite thing to me is the interior. I sat in one at a dealer a few months back and it felt great. But i have yet to see one on the road in South Fl, only time i saw one not in a dealer lot was at an Avis rent a car facility. I would love to consider a G8, but im not sure i want to get another as a daily. I will keep the T/A and i am considering the Colorados/Canyons. But who knows maybe the moment i test drive one i might want to leave the lot with it.

| this is an amazing daily driver. I love it. I am getting 27 mpg highway which isnt bad considering car was rated at 24 lol. i have only seen 2 on the road since they came out and anywhere i go people stare. one guy blew by me on highway, then slowed down and took a pic with his camera phone and drove off.
still miss my ws6 but this is a way better dd
