Any problems with the heat rising from the drivers side manifold? I'm sure there aren't many options for placement but that seems like it would get heat soaked pretty quick. Any dyno graphs? I'm interested in the torque/horsepower curves.

We haven't done one of these installs yet on a G8, so we don't have any graphs. The air filter location is not in an ideal location as far as heat goes, but the ProCharger air to air intercooler is going to remove a lot of the inlet air heat. I really doubt you would be able to see a difference in a graph in the typical 7 to 8 psi boost range between this filters location, and one that had a filter in a more remote location.
A cowl induction hood with the air inlet routed to the back of the hood would look pretty cool! Bob
