v6 g8 vs v8

Hey all, first post here found this when I was googling around, figured this is the place to ask yall's opinions. I've had my g8 for about 6 months now and love the car, its diffidently an ego booster since it turns just about everyones head. Only thing thats bothering me is I bought the v6, I seriously cannot go onto the parkway with this thing without someone in a rice burner trying to race me because of how the car looks. Now heres my question I sort of want to mod the engine but I feel like if im going to do that I should probably trade it in for the v8 first, my whole family are mechanics and im probably the least knowledgeable with this but could I achieve alot out of the v6 by taking the money it would cost to trade it in for the v8 and putting it into the engine? Any tips would be appreciated.

Wait for a custom turbo kit or SC to come out


Just get the V8 makes sense since it comes with the warrenty and isnt a V6

when camaro gets it and after waiting a couple years more, then ull be able to get basic stuff. exhaust, intake, maybe ported heads, wires, etc....

u might be able to add 15% when all said and done. but u can bet it will come.
