Default ? about ls1 vs ls2 brakes

Are the rotors bigger on the LS2 cars?

I have a friend who's brakes are in horrible shape (04 GTO), he bought some rotors from an LS2 and wants to get calipers too but having a hard time finding some. Anyway, will the rotors work in the mean time or are they different sizes?

I bought Baer vented replacement rotors after going 2 sets of stock rotors. I used Hawk pads on the front and GM pads on the rear. The Baer rotors are about half the price of factory rotors and have operated flawlessly.

Rears are the same size basically, just painted and got GTO on the 05/06's. The fronts are a better setup.. Check ebay and expect to pay about $300 for a complete bolt on setup.
