in my picture? they are not scratches, it is the wrinkles in the plastic. Kennebell does machine groves in it that run down the length of the blower.

I would like to see how much this suffers from heat soak on something like a road course.

I'de also like to know if a heat exchanger could be added easily something like these afco units that the terminators use

I'm thrilled as much as anyone but I feel some are over reacting. I mean the thread has barely been open a month and a half. So they haven't logged on in over a week, I'm sure they have other things to be focused on than a forum. They seem pretty commited thus far. Give it time and we'll see.

Here is my concern. The guy with the kenne bell tuner kits says its a GTO kit. I am interested in his kit. In my pm he told me its for a gto. Kenne bell never manufactured a kit for the gto. It has a turnkey engines logo on the bracket. Did turnkey make a kit for the gto? I called and the said they did not. Is this an early Kit from Jeff? The bracket is not the concern. Its the clearance from the firewall. Does his kit clear the firewall? I am sure jeffs kit is gonna clear. The major concern for me is the price. There is no way Jeff can make much money on a gto kit For the price of $5900. The price the "other" guy quoted me is more realistic. If jeff can price this for $5900 for a basic 2.6 kit its gonna be a steal.

So is this kit for sale on here a GTO KIT? If so i will take one. And for the gto crowd, the vette kit is a money maker right now for them. Vettes out-number us 5-1 and the mnoey they will make on the vette will be way more than the GTO kit. There are just more vettes period. Its about money guys, i am sure thats why they started the business. They have to make money so the money maker will be done faster than the GTO kit. With that said i think they have not forgot us. But if they do not make a kit for us after the hype i think the trust factor will sink in on them.

So I just skimmed through this LONG thread because I am looking into the GTO market right now and couldn't really find a definitive date or price for this setup.

From what I've gathered it's due out around X-mas time and will run in the neighborhood of $6k. Is this correct. Also, what are we looking at as far as numbers for stock internals, bolt on motor? Any ideas yet?

Thanks,

Drew
