Will you guys offer a complete fuel system as well? Like a basic kit for the smaller blower, and an all out kit for the 2.8 guys with 20+ psi of boost?

BTW, This is for the roadracers....How would you guys like a SMALL blower, sayyy 2.1-2.3, with a dual intercooler system with 2 seperate cooling circuits. If we run a roadracing style blower, it'll limit you to around 500rwhp, but will give you a damn near perfectly level torque curve, and allow you to spin to 7500+. With the seperate cooling circuits, it (should in theory) keep your IAT's in check for extended 20-30min sessions.
With this setup where is the hp limit coming from, the size of the blower, the fact you want to keep the IAT in check so your limited to boost level, or something else?

We need to keep the rotor speeds of the blower within acceptable levels. By running too small of a pulley, we will exceed those levels. The 347-402 consumes a sh!t load of air at high RPM's haha...

Its really an optical ilusion.
No only does the S/C bracket go a few inches past the lower manifold, but the TOTAL height of the blower and manifold is just under 9" from the bottom of the billet valley cover to the highest point of the blower.

If I forged a 6.0 iron block and kept the stock cubes of course (364) would you recommend lowering the compression to lets say less then 10?

That 1 phone call, that I made to you at 3am my time was to discuss the possibilities of turning the blower around. Your design by your OWN admission was faulted, and wouldnt work..

After I spoke to Jim B, as well as your financial partner, it was obvious your project was goin no-where FAST.. As a matter of fact, your financial partners EXACT words were. "He came to my shop with a bunch of boxes, and asked if I could help him sort it out." Your lower manifold was scrapped, and needed a COMPLETE re-design. You couldnt keep from snapping rotor bolts cause you neglected to factor in the friction drive system. Not to mention KB REFUSED to sell you ANY blowers cause we new you had a flawed system, and didnt want their product drug through the mud..

I was not at liberty to discuss our propriatary information. Our design was COMPLETED when I spoke to you. NOTHING except a higher flowing inlet manifold has been changed.

Although I wish you luck on your project, please do not muddy the waters, making people think YOU had anything to do with this..

Our meeting was scrapped by the owners of KB, not me. They wanted NOTHING to do with your design, and still dont.

Sorry if this comes offas harsh, but we've got 6 figures into molds, cad design, mockups, and man hours. I dont want ANYONE thinking its anyone elses concept but our own..

I have no issues with you Jeff, we just see things differently. BTW, ive never snapped a rotor bolt, the kit works fine and never even had so much as a reply from KB. They wouldn't know what was happening (with my design) even if they cared. I'll leave you to your thread

Glad to hear that.

Can you tell us if there are any real issues left in the development of this kit? I understand the actual fabrication and tooling process takes a little time, but I'm more curious about what the chances of this reaching production are. I haven't been with the GTO community much over a year, but a quick search shows years of empty promises in regards to anybody coming through with a whipple kit for our cars...

Hope I'm not raining on your parade at all, but there's a lot of GTO owners with guarded optimism for this.
