Wink My 5th Gen Firebird Concept

I went for a current Pontiac look rather than the "retro" style. Simply because I think this is what GM would do with the Zeta platform for Pontiac if we ever did see another bird again. Let me know what you guys think!

From the front it looks like a wide GTO.
The wheels are butt ugly. Can u put some thing on there with alittle more lip.
I like the rear end.
I like the the rear end more than the Camaros but dont tell nobody....
As matter of fact I gotta go.

Very nice work, this is one of the best concepts I've seen! Personally, the only thing I would change is the headlights - I'd rather they be flipups. I feel like with the exposed headlights, coupled with the two front grills, that I'm looking at JUST another Pontiac car - cause they've all got that! Other than that, really good job. It would also make a great cousin to the new Camaro.

I like a little bit of air between the ass end and the spoiler. That's just how I roll though.

Just doesn't really hold the look of a TA. Maybe a different rear spoiler and some pop up lights.

I think thats what they were talkin about in that interview.
They want Pontiac to have their own identity or somethin when it comes to thier performance cars.
Thats why they are leaning towards the GTO.
They dont want any look a likes any more.

But I say if aint broke dont fix it.
Just bring the TA back it will sell.

Why do the haters feel so compelled to post? If you don't like it, great, go do something constructive or offer your own.

The internet makes this stuff too easy though. It's "cool" to hate.

Good try I still like the one with the massive Ram Air hood. A lot better than I could ever do.

Sorry, its like a GTO and a Camaro were genetically spliced. I know it wasn't easy to do all that, but I want a non-retro Firebird

The truth comes out - you want the car to say dead. Which means youre dead weight - and desperatey trying to show how cool you are by ridiculing something somebody did while not offering anything of your own. It's easy to be a critic (Generally being one makes people feel better about themselves). Especially on the internet.

I kinda like it, pop-up headlights would be a plus. Also a little shorter rear end and a raised spoiler would be bout it to change. Wheel are kinda hard to decide because alot of people buy aftermarket ones anyway (CCW, American Racing, whatever). But I do like the new ideas. If only GM would figure it out and make a new one.
