I'm sick of all these lap dogs and traitors perfectly content to see the ONLY good F-Body out of production. It's wretched. (if the camaro boys had done the same shit THEY wouldn't have their car either)

| GM never owned the Trans Am name, it's owned by the race series.
For every Trans Am built, GM paid royalties to use the name.

| ironically the TRANS AM series had rules where the biggest CID could be 305(or 302 not sure) and it never had an engine that small(until late 2nd gen)
pretty lame if u ask me, its like what if people raced non production cars that looked nothing like anything a company ever put out and call its national association of STOCK CAR auto racing, just plain dumb in my mind! |

| Why in the HELL would you want to ruin the firebird name like they did with the HIDEOUS 2010 Camaro?? I for one would rather they leave it dead then to bring it back in some UGLY form like they did with the camaro. They should have left it dead!
The camaro will end up being a on year or limited production thing anyways liek the GTO was and it'll die also.

they only major screw up GM has done with the camaro is to not have it hitting the streets before the challenger |

It's a Firebird plain and simple. Then it's the type of Bird = WS.6, Formula, Trans AM....... I don't know why people get upset when you say Firebird . They would be like "it's a Trans Am"...Oh , ok.
Doesn't happen with Camaro owners.End Rant.
Firebirds Dead unless you wanna buy a firebird conversion kit for the new camaro they are going to come out with. I think that would be a bad idea though.
