www.fullthrottlev6.com if you haven't already. Some of the information the guys here will give you is good, some of it is useless prattle and does not pertain to the 3800 Series II. What works on an LSx motor doesn't always work on another platform, or isn't needed (like a forged bottom end).
Otherwise, here's what I recommend.

Yes, you can have a supercharged or turbo'd V6 Camaro. It has been done, and a few guys have done so with serious results. Considering how little aftermarket support the V6 F-body has, it is pretty impressive.
Once you start going with a boosted motor, you need to figure out what your initial goals are and what you're capable of doing. Make a budget for the parts, labor etc. and then double it. Cause when you start making power, the weak links are going to start showing up and breaking.
You'll need a few basic things on the V6:
Electronics/diagnostics:
HPTuners VCM suite + Wideband (Best way to get the whole setup dialed in)
Other gauge gee-gaws if you want to be showy about it
Fueling:
High volume Fuel Pump
Larger injectors (L67 aka GTP injectors are a start)
Might need a 1:1 Fuel Pressure Regulator, depending...
Motor:
If you're going with just stock motor, nothing over 5psi, then no need
You'll need to re-route the PCV and install a valve cover breather with a catch can. You'll blow out your dipstick if you don't take care of it.
Above 5psi safely:
Forged Pistons & Rings (Stronger pistons hold up to the stress of FI, rings can help cut down on blow by)
Hardcore motor:
P&P'd heads, intake
High effort Camshaft spec'd out for your desired goals
Higher tension valvesprings
Stainless oversized valves
titanium retainers
You can get away with the OEM Lifters, just get some replacements from SDPC.
Forced Induction side:
For a turbo, you'll need to do a few things.
Intercooler (especially over 5psi) Air to Air is simplest, Water to Air is where it's at, but more complicated in some aspects.
Meth injection (only when over 5psi)
Hot side turbo manifolds fabbed
Cold side routing
Oiling routed for turbo(s)
Supercharger:
Check some V6 boards for sponsors, there's one I know that is working on a bracket for a P1SC, otherwise find a kit.
Intercooler (especially over 5psi) Air to Air is simplest, Water to Air is where it's at, but more complicated in some aspects.
Meth injection (only when over 5psi)
Oiling routed for Supercharger if needed. Some are internal.
You can use the supercharger from a GTP car. But it is very involved and gains aren't really great. It's a nightmare as you have to do some serious fabbing and wiring to get everything to fit properly in an F-body.
Transmission:
If you are a manual transmission car, say goodbye as the M5 trans in our cars aren't up to snuff for boost, there's a few gears that just can't handle it even in a built trans.
Auto:
Stall (spec one out for your cam, gearing and something tight that will handle the boost and not flash up beyond what it is rated for)
Trans Cooler
Get it built, personally. Performabuilt is a sponsor here and on a V6 board and their transmissions have held up pretty well.
