I have never been to any in Vegas, but I have heard Club Paradise (right across from the Hard Rock) is good.

The titty bars in Vegas are brutal IMO. Lots of white trash...not the hotties you'd expect to see. Picking up hot (& young) girls in Vegas is extremely easy. Just hit up the clubs.
