I'm just sayin, the LT1 WS6 looks better to me than the LS1s. I love LS1 T/As, but I can definitely see how some people think they're flamboyant.

yeah it was in a mag recently, has two linked at the crank sbc's, the guy built it all by hand, tube chassis, headers, roof, the drive train, vette front end, the works. its cool as hell, he's thinking about putting a body on it later but he's not sure

I don't want to turn this into an LT1 vs LS1 debate but look at the side profile of both cars. notice how the LS1 front end looks like its been pushed back and up like a pigs nose? also notice how the LT1 nose just looks like it flows better with the car. Don't get me wrong i love the LS1 WS6 but the front end just looks like they chopped off the LT1 nose and grafted on the newer nose and compared to the rest of the car it doesn't seem like it flows as well. if the fenders retained the same roundness that the LT1 fenders did without bowing up in the middle i think it would been a lot better.

I think the LT1 WS6 HOOD is atrocious. I also think the LS1 front clip is better, too. Other than, they're mostly the same, besides the interior, etc.

IMO i think the Lt1 WS6 scoop looks out of place, the LS1 fits it perfectly.

you think the LT1 scoops look out of place? they have more function than the LS1 scoops and there aren't those 2 little holes in the bumper that serve no purpose. why GM didn't do something like the firehawk hood for the WS6 i don't understand. those 2 lower nostrils just don't work as well.

the front bumper and hood is just too smooth on the sleek beak Lt1's, the scoops are just there and look out of place to me.. just my opinion.

The only modern/driven car that says "I'm Coming To Kick Your Ass" louder than a LS1 WS6....that I've seen on the street....is an 03-04 Cobra.

But that's mostly due to the fact that I know an 03-04 Cobra can kick an LS1's Ass.

my point was that the LS1 front end just kind of looks out of place with the rest of the car.

it was sarcasm... i was saying you went against what you were trying to prove.. your proved the ls1 looked better!

although i will give it to you.. the first set you posted... with your car and the stock 4X4.. your car does look better (its not the angle, its the comparison between the two given cars)...
the second one IMO is no comparison..

i saw a lowered lt1 trans am with a ws6 hood on it today though sitting at a red light.. looked really good.. had tint and exhaust..
i wouldnt mind having one.... i just dont think there are many cars on the road that look as good as an ls1 Ws6..

opinion, everyone has........ you know it!

In my opinion, this is why the LS1 WS6 front end looks, and flows well best. I circled them below...
