I honestly don't know what it will be used for, but honestly. I was in career mode and i go (8) laps on a king cobra map, for example. I was pretty pissed when i spun out on the 60th turn and ruined my entire time. I can't count how many times I was running a perfect race and I spun out after racing for 10 minutes flawlessly.
Now if I could use the rewind feature and it adds .2 of a second for every second I rewind on career mode. Well that'd be pretty damn sweet and well worth it imo.
I can race without using any of the assists so it's not really an issue for me. I see plenty of people using AT, STM, ABS, etc....that's their problem.

i feelya there.. i was 30 minutes into an endurance and smacked a wall.. made it to the pits but lost a ton of money on repairs.
Did that on one of the 600 hp class races. Final lap, coming to the final straight...went a little too hot, and went off the course. Tried to recover, but hit the wall, and came in 2nd. I was fucking furious.

I'm buying this for sure, but I will still be playing GT5: Prologue.
I always buy the Forza's, and Forza 2 was such an improvement over the first... Even if the drag racing sucks, this will still be a fun game.

At least you can do a wheelie now. Thats leaps and bounds past Forza 2 where in a high horse power rear drive car you're spinning the tires at 150mph with slicks.

I can get my cars to hook pretty well with TCS off. Hit me up if you want to TCS off drag race.

I've done bumper dragging and I have pictures to prove it on forza 2. It's all in the suspension.
Why don't you guys make a forza 3 sucks thread already..."omg there is a puff a smoke on that launch, so unrealistic!!!"

So you can lift the front tires from a dead stop with a rear drive car with the right suspension? That's pretty crazy. And for the record, I don't care if there is a puff of smoke or not

Wow this is gonna be amazing.. we need graphics and realism like this for a "street racing" game. Every damn game so far that's a city-driving game makes it all fake. Like midnight club with the special abilities.. and NFS just sucks lately.
Is that from a stop or are you rolling slowly and hitting the gas and then the brakes over and over until there is enough rocking motion to lift the front end?

Good question, that was like a year ago...i should put the game in and see.
Doesn't really matter, cuz someone said you can't lift the wheels and you can. And we can on Forza 3, that's what matter to me.

This car is a well known wheelie-car in the forza community, I have one myself. It hooks up beautifully with a drag setup. To get it to do a wheelie though requires that you get on and of the gas and brakes. You essentially rock the car off its front tires, not really the same as what's illustrated in the preview video.
I still can't wait and I'm always up for a TCS off drag race.
I usually play with all assists off. If I use S class or U class I"ll turn ABS on because it's just too nerve racking going that fast and hoping you don't lock up the brakes.

yea i always leave ABS on... too fucking hard to slow down from 200mph for a hairpin when youre lockin up and sliding through gravel.
