I flipped onto a show called 'Risk Takers' one night and they were following a group of police in north and northeast philly. Apparently this show follows some very dangerous jobs and don't get me wrong police work is dangerous. But this shit was ridiculous. The police were chasing a car up the boulevard and it turned out to be the witnesses not the criminals. The people in the neighborhood were threatening the people talking to the police (in front of the police!!) which scared these poor people enough to flee the scene. WTF!?!?! The police had to chase them down. Fucking north philly is like a third world country.
