Default '03 Cobra Pics - 335 Hoosier drag radials

Apparently all non-LSx related topics belong in the Lounge now as opposed to the Multimedia section. So, I thought I'd share some recent pics of my car since I still talk to hundreds of guys here via PM who ask for updates periodically and since there are a lot of guys here that respect '03 Cobras.

My most recent mod was 17x10.5" Chrome '03 replica wheels with some Hoosier 335 drag radials. They look pretty mean in person and they hook on the street better than any drag radial I've run to date. I'll get to the track sometime soon hopefully. If I had to guess, I'd say a 1.4 60' is possible...but you've got to run the number so who knows.

I'm contemplating narrowing the rear end to tuck the wheels in. I have enough $$$ dumped into the solid axle already though that's for sure.
We'll see.

Here are some pics. I'm probably going to spend a few hours tomorrow (Labor Day, ironically enough) hitting it with a Zaino treatment. It needs a serious detail job.

That's one cobra I'd hate to run into.

I think it looks pretty clean in the pics.

That looks nasty, the second picture almost looks like a photochop

It would look nicer if they were tucked better, but its not overly obnoxious. Nice work

That's like tucking your dick in. Let 'em hang out.

I'd like to see some track videos.

Very nice look. I really thought a tire that big would bulge on a 10.5" wheel, but it actually looks pretty good. I do agree that it would look better if you were to narrow that rear end a bit, but it looks pretty solid as-is. But, as always, your car is badass.

Looks great man! I've always loved the 03/04 Cobra's. I'd keep the wheels how they are.

Post up some more pics after the detail!! And a video

Glad you had to put the thread here or I wouldn't have seen it. Looks great the way it is and you said you have enough money in the rear already so I'd just leave it.

Thanks a lot for the props guys. I'll try to get some more (better) pics and some vids after I detail the car. It looks like rain today so it might have to wait.

Craig - Long time no see! I hope all is well my friend.
