Looks great. I like it much better than the Camaro. They went to great lengths to match the original detail, even the seats and intertior color.

I'm not feeling it too much. I wish I could afford a week in Vegas this year for SEMA so I could see this in person. My very first thought screamed new Charger based on the front end, i'm too iffy on it still. It would have to grow on me.

I am a huge fan of Super Duty Firebirds, but that is terrible.

I love it, and it will look loads better with blue anodized deep dishes on it, and slammed of course! I hate the Camaro ironically! I'm glad none of you like it, maybe there won't be everyone and their moms driving it like Camaro and mustangs. It will be something special, owned by true enthusiasts. Not to say you guys aren't true enthusiasts, im just saying that plenty of people, like %80 of them, are only buying the camaro to be cool becuase they saw it in transformers or some other equally retarded reason.

I DO think the badged are BLEH. If they're doing it, they need to do it right IMO. They need to buy Pontiac and Trans Am rights. I've said it before, and i'll say it in each of these threads, its going to BLOW to have to register it as a 2010 Camaro. LAME

Good try, but it doesn't quite deliver.

1. Pretty hard to make the 5th gen body resemble the 2nd gen. Since the 5th emulates the 1st, it would make the body lines flow better if they went with trying to emulate a 1st gen bird.

2. Front end looks too much like they simply tried to copy the the 2nd gen instead of using the 2nd gen design cues to create something a little more original. Kind of like how a beetle with a rolls faux front end.

3. Taillight proportions are way off.

Thankfully, I'm not the one to give this a green light for production, because I would have canned it.

I don't like it. The Camaro is becoming less appealing to me as well.

I like the back end, but nothing else

But, the big question for me is Why in the hell would you take a Camaro which is retro styled after the 1st gen Camaros and then make it look like a 2nd gen T/A

becuase the first gen Camaro and Firebird are only marginally different, they would look so similar! Doing a 72 version will really set it apart, and the body lines look fine with the front! But, i don't think it would be too difficult for someone like lingenfelter, who practically has unlimites recources, to redesign the roof skin, and rear glass treatment, along with the interior. I hope these make it into production, first thing im changing on mine are the tailights!
