It's all about which Tony Romo shows up.. Lately the good Romo has shown up in games and not the evil on... Dallas has a big potent offensive line that blows up Defensive lines which open holes for the running backs.. Hence the great running game, when Romo is throwing to his recievers and tight end effectively and not turning over the ball you have a football team that can beat anyone. Also the Cowboys are no longer creating the early season mindless fouls like false starts, imcroachment calls, delay of game calls, etc..

The Dallas Cowboy Defense also seems to be improving, the secondary is so so, but the rest of the defense can play..

The Cowboys are alot like the Saints and Vikings right now.. Great offensively and just good enough defensively to beat teams..

Now how is Philly going to beat the Boys if Romo plays well? I don't see it happening, I can see a high scoring close game perhaps..

Dallas has played solidly in two games now...against two teams with losing records. They are light years from the level that NO and Minny are playing. No comparison...either of those teams would put a hurtin' on the Cowboys.

I just don't see that anyone can say Dallas is a good team all of a sudden because they've played two solid games in a row. This is still the team that needed a miracle play to beat a team with no wins, and this is still the team that has ONE win against a team with a winning record.

No question, if both teams play their best, Philly wins. Right now, they are the better team without a doubt. However, they are only slightly more consistent than Dallas, so I give both teams an equal chance of forgetting to show. Also, if Dallas wins this game, it's because of Jones and Choice, not Romo. Dallas needs to run against Philly...if Romo is forced to get it done in the air, Sheldon Brown and Asante Samuel will catch more of his throws than Miles Austin or Roy Williams.

Cowboys have won three straight games in a row by large margins, one being a spanking over the 4-1 Atlanta Falcons.. Not so sure you are giving them enough credit for their recent good play.. I think they could hold their own with anyone in the league right now and we will soon see about what the Cowboys can do against this hit or miss Philly Eagle team..

Yes, I am riding this Cowboy band wagon right now as I picked them to win their division before the season started. I remember I got laughed at on this forum for saying that. My crystal ball doesn't lie..

The Boys are taking this division, and it starts with a next game victory over McNabb and the Eagles..

You have a very impressive selective memory.

Dallas won two straight games convincingly (in the second half). Going back three games they were nearly handled by winless Kansas city. Pulled that one out by a lucky score on a miracle play.

You got laughed at for good reason. Your crystal ball lied to you last year, and if you can think back to that time, you'll remember that I was the one who correctly called the Cowboys season at 9-7 before thanksgiving. Trust me, I know your team.

YOU are giving the Cowboys too much credit. They have alot more proving to do before anyone can start to talk about a playoff appearance, let alone an actual playoff win.

Dude, your ruthless in your assessments of the Boys. Bottom line is, wins are wins.. Three in a row in the NFL is a sign of good things to come for any football team.. I always believed good teams find ways to win, and bad teams find ways to lose.. The Cowboys are winning and that's good enough for me..

I still can't believe the Giants are falling apart like this..Now that is team that is going in the opposite direction of the Cowboys.

So you really think the Eagles are going to beat down the Cowboys on Sunday night?

I can't believe you're not even giving dem Boys a chance to win this one? Really, who's going to stop that Cowboy running game and Jason Whitten? If Romo is on again Philly is in trouble.. McNabb is playing well and that's why I think it will be a close game.. Philly simply doesn't have the D to slow down the Cowboys for four quarters in this one.. The second half of games have been the Cowboys strength of late, that is a very good sign of a strong team.. They are building confidence and momentum big time and that can be a scary thing.

If the Cowboys keep playing like they are playing right now, and the Giants keep on losing this is how the NFC East is going to look:

Cowboys
Eagles
Giants
Redskins

Theres no other team in the league i hate to watch the cowboys lose to more than the eagles. last year in philly was the single worst game ive ever suffered through.

They also lost to the Giants who Philly just destroyed...remember that Dallas lost to a Giants team that was without it's leading pass rusher and two best corners. Philly beat that same team bad with those key players healthy. I see the Giants being the best gauge of how this game will go since Eli played very poorly in both games.

No doubt, if Philly shows up (and they always do in division games at home), it's going to be a bad night for Dallas.
this man speaks the truth...he's lookin at it from a rational stand point.

any Given Sunday friend....im sure you've heard the term. they are all pros and all have the potential to beat anyone at any time. Eagles plain stunk that day...it happens.

its all fine and well that you guys like defending the Cowboys...its common nature, they are your favorite team, but you're not lookin at it rationally and the numbers dont lie. im not gonna sit here and start a pissing match with Cowboy fans cause i deal with this crap all day long in person and dont need it here aswell. ill say this....prepare for the worse. last years Cowboys were alot better than this year and that still didnt stop the Birds from throwing up 40 something points on them in route to the playoffs. point is, when any 2 NFC east teams go at each other, you better forget what happens the weeks prior b/c it aint gonna matter. they play each other differantly.

my prediction...Eagles take it 32-24.

true, any team can win on sunday!! whether dallas or philly wins the season isnt over. there is still over 7 games left to play. heck, just over 3 weeks ago, most teams were up 3 games in there division and now most are maybe 1 game up now.

i think its funny that dallas haters think dallas lost to KC..LOL..thats like saying the colts lost to the niners, or the broncos losing to the Patriots.. this dallas team is alot better than last years cowboys. they are not explosive, but shit dallas has put up almost 30+ points in all its games except the denver game.

There is no such thing as gimme games in the NFL.

Nope. Don't get me wrong, remember i'm not a blind-biased eagles fan. What I am saying is that the Eagles have the edge...they are a better team right now. IF both teams show up and play 100% full out, Philly wins by a score and possibly just a little more. I'm NOT saying that you will see a 44-6 romp like the last meeting. It's possible, but unlikely since Dallas has since developed a solid running game...they didn't have that last year.

The Cowboy running game has gone up against two top-ten run defenses. They lost both of those games. Philly will really only be the THIRD good team they've faced this year. At this point, you can't say with any certainty that they can manage a defense like Philly has since SO FAR they haven't. More important is the pass attack. Philly racks up points FAST against weak secondaries like Dallas' 22nd ranked unit. The Cowboys aren't going to be able to put up points fast enough on the ground to keep up...they are going to have to do some passing. Romo has a terrible history throwing into the Philly secondary...it was bad with Brown and Sheppard. It got worse when Samuel came to town. Together, Sheldon Brown and Asante Samuel have more interceptions than any other TEAM this year. They got those against GOOD QB's too. IF the Cowboys play this game the same way they've played their "strong" games this season, it's not going to be good enough. One TD in the first half won't do it when Philly has been putting up 20-30 pts by halftime. Doesn't matter how good of a second half they have if they start it down by 20+ pts.

I'm not going to sit here and say Dallas has no chance. Philly can fall apart with the best of 'em. But, I am going to suggest that Dallas fans go into this game humble and wait until Dallas is up at the half to start talking smack.

Broncos got murdered after a bye week of rest to the Baltimore Ravens last week... Pitt is alot like the Ravens and are now playing better of late. Pitt is also coming off a bye week of rest this week. The steelers will be ready and fresh.

I see a losing streak coming up for the Denver Broncos unfortunately.. Pitt will get after Orton and jack him up.. Orton is finally showing his true colors against the better teams that offer up a decent pass rush..

Kyle Orton sucked ass in Chicago. People don't change over night, Ortons been living the dream and now it's time to wake up and smell the dump floating in the toilet. He's been doing well only because the Bronco OL has really given him protection and time to camp out and pass the football in the pocket.. Not happening against the Ravens and Steelers teams.

Perdiction Pain!!!!! My money will be riding on the Steel curtain on MNF..

Interesting games for sure. I think the best game of the week will be the MNF game. At mile high on a monday night with really good football teams. After being embarrassed last week I think Denver really gives Pitt a good game.

Other hard game is the Titans and 49rs. Which team is gonna show up for both teams?

Cowboys & Eagles will be good but I think the way that Dallas has played the last two weeks really shows they are coming together as a TEAM. Roy shouldnt of said shit to the media as he is finally on a WINNING team and should just let shit go. Really stupid of him to do that this week for sure.

Ravens & Bengals could turn out to be a GOOD game. Bengals have been the Ravens 5 out of the last 8 (I think thats right) and they are starting to gel as a team as well. If the defense can get to Flacco then the Bengals will have a very good day.

Ravens have been playing better of late. This is going to be one hell of a game. The more I think of it I really don't know who will win this one. Ravens have shown they can ball right now, Bengals are at home and are having a good season.. Flip a coin I think in this one..
