| Congrats my friend....Im not to sure how you would have kept your cool after that little bit of contact. That looked far from an accident on his part.

| Congrats....that is awesome stuff. How many cars are in your class? Are you guys lapping the field at about the 14 minute mark or are there more than class on the course at a time?
That is an intense 35 minutes....

| 3 classes on track at once. we were the only ones who took a standing start other than Honda Challenge cars. we did it in he wet too. the other two classes took flying starts on the back straight. the FFR's are about 2-3 seconds a lap faster. the 944's are about 2-3 slower. this yea we had a poor turnout due to the world economics. the past two years we were 25 cars or more. next year Nats is at Miller. we are expecting 30+ cars.

| Darn good racing, that Third Gen Camaro owner needs to calm it down and get a bit more stable suspension setup. He was twitching like crazy the entire time.

| Really? Wow. i have seen dave drive at plenty of national events without ever putting a tire wrong, much less looking like the car was handling him as much as he was handling it. I wonder what happened, bad day? bad set up? something break?

| not sure. he surely blamed me for all the contact btween myself and him. in fact, he was trying to get me DQ'ed after the race.
the one thing i will admitt to is....... when he placed his car on the left or right edge of the track, i moved over to keep him there. none of my moves were to position myself soi could make contact. it was all in order to gain an advantagious position on track. thats racing. it was one of the top races i've ever had as far as the battle goes.
