Up for sale is a Harlan 2-Step. A 2 step is used as a soft rev limiter for building boost in a turbo car or just to launch at a set RPM. I only used this on my car a couple of times and it worked perfectly. These have not been available for quite some time. I have decided to sell it so I can buy some other go-fast parts.
