Are you kidding. the 01 LS1 comes with and LS6 clutch and flywheel but to use a LS7 you need and LS2 Flywheel, what is different?

These interchangable parts are starting to sound like a Abbot and Costello act

Thumbs up

yeah you got to have a ls2 / ls7 flywheel for it to work on a ls1 fbody .
a ls2 and als7 flywheel are pretty much the same . only thing is to use it on a fbody you need a corvette ls2 flywheel .

as mentioned you can sometimes find one for next to nothing on here or ebait or sometimes might have to pay one of ls1techs great vendors for one . heck you can get a lightweight flywheel if you are looking to buy one new and that will net you some major power .

anyway plenty of vendors on here such as my boy byunspeed who will match anyones price got them

let me add that i am looking for a quick sell so first with the money gets it .
