Default ZeeTwentyFate Took my money

Paid through pay-pal to buy a posi unit, contacted him after i sent payment asking when he would ship them, he said monday (this was on sunday) asked him for the next few days if they were shipped, got no reply. Finnally on thursday i catch him on AIM, claims UPS forgot to pick them up..... I ask him to contact UPS and i didnt get a deffinate answer if he was going to call them. i wait another week.. send an email, PM, and attempted AIM messages and get no responce. Even when i catch him on AIM he wont reply, asked him to refund my money via pay-pal and have not received a cent, nor a reply to all my messages. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH... now i have to take this up with pay-pal.

Just a little update, i ended up finnally getting the posi, 3 almost 4 weeks after paying, my pay-pal dispute must have scared him into sending it. the packaging of it sucked, i got the box half opened, i realize this may have been UPS's fault but the posi its self was "protected" by tiny (yes i mean very tiny) peices of paper, it looks like it was paper that had gone through a shredder twice, there was tons of it inside the posi unit, between the gears, in the bearings ect. heck i even found peices of a shredded credit card in it . I guess im just thankful i even got it, i just hope to god it still works, i read on his myspace he ran an X amount of time at the track and he said "that was with a busted posi", so im hoping i dont have his busted posi. now i have to tear it apart to get all the paper out of it.... all together i wouldnt reccomend him as a seller, has absolutly no communication skills (dont expect to hear from him after you buy, to find out what is going on), EXTREMELY slow shipper, trys to push them blame on UPS...... risky seller

was the tracking # the same as i told you the day you paid me? theres no was to forge a tracking number, and i had the paper in a trashbag to act as padding. theres no way it got out of there. the posi i sold you was out of a rear i took out of a friends car not the busted *** one that was in my car, the one that was in my car had a HUGE crack in it. it stayed on my porch (covered by a roof) until picked up by UPS (3 weeks after scheduled) NOT MY FAULT! UPS is almost an hour away from me so i was NOT about to drive out there, i called them every day and FINALLY when i bought my heads the UPS man came by and i caught him and gave him the package! i have never had a problem like this before until i deal with new people on any sites! check my feedback on Z28.com! once with CybergreenZ i had a mishap but that was him, he lied and i have tracking #'s to prove it, so he ended up getting the parts twice.

you do relize a tracking number means nothing until it is shipped right??? Yes you gave me a tracking number but never had the package shipped. If you were going to ship it why would you choose a place that was that far away?? like others have said common sense would have told you to ship it from a closer shipper... id be interested to see these "logged conversations", i talked to you once on AIM, the rest of the time i sat with a blank screen.... Just for a heads up, shopping bags packed with shredded paper + heavy metal/sharp gears= BAGS RIPPING OPEN.
