Qtp Headers And Catted Ypipe New

I have a set of brand new qtp headers and catted ypipe for a 2001-2002 ls1 they are the emission style. They are still in the box. I bought them directly from qtp for 1369.99-still have receipt. I'm asking $1170 shipped
