i polish tb's throught the outside havent masterd the whole posting of the inside thing yet

POlishing TB's is for looks...This man wants to go fast.

Epoxying in the IAC and TPS areas KILLS airflow. The whole purpose is to get more air in not choke it down...

Alot of mistakes are being made by TB porters by chopping up the shaft into a thin piece, filling them with epoxy etc. Your just making your airflow CFM smaller and making a shaft more prone to be bent on a accidental hiccup, god forbid you ever have one.

just hog out the inside, keep it nice and uniform, no abrupt lines, and it works out rather well
