does it come with the clamps and mounting hardware? and these are the Stainless steal ones correct?

I have these and they work great! However, have a welder (at an exhaust shop or anywhere else) weld some metal plates on the bottom of the header. They are supposed to have clearance issues and the plates will keep you from grounding out and getting a hole in your header!

BTW I am yet to scrape the headers with stock ride height going over speed bumps and some steep driveways.
