Just posted some pics. I believe it is energy suspension. I picked it up at autozone and had it on my car for about 500 miles.

JonB...I assume this poly trans mount will work on a 2000 SS M6 with no problem? Does it come with all the hardware and bolt right in?

Yes it will work on your car and will bolt right it. And comes with all the hardware(new it only comes with the center bolt shown in picture). You will have to reuse the two bolts that hold the mount to the tranny.
