price for jl stealth box

Hey all, just got back from two "JL AUDIO dealers" ( theives). They both want $450

for the stealth box with sub. Maybe it is because I live in Jersey, but that seems sorta steep to me. I was just wondering if any of you bought this cheaper from a JL dealer? Thanx

ive got one lyin around... authentic JL, its not brand new, but ill sell the box itself for 140+ shipping........ let me know.
