Default haha. my home made t top shades

Used paper for a template, then cut them out using an exacto blade.
I used foam board, i guess that's what it is. basically it's kinda like cardboard with foam in the middle. i used black so that it doens't show on the t tops. i'm going to be putting a camaro emblem on them, then covering them in headliner material in the near future.

helps keep the leather seats cool.

oh, and it only cost 20 bucks.

Nice, did you actually mold those into your tops? Or are they removable?

Not real sure what they're worth. Just some guys from the Camaro club said their cars didn't come with the shades and they were looking for some. Mine came with them so I'm all set.
It looks pretty easy to make a set though. Not sure what an upholstry shop woudl charge to make them up and match them to the headliner fabric.

i made these for my 98 Z. from my understanding they're all the same. i'm gonna put a design on mine, like this pic.. then cover it with headliner material. i can get black, and grey material from the local fabric store. they're pretty light, only a little big, but i wouldn't expect shipping to be too much.
