Default My UMI Tubular subframes came in today! Pics!

Super excited to get these on the car, been waiting a while and trying to decide what company to go with. Ryan @ UMI made the decision for me with his great prices and shipping times.

Some pics of the packaging!

And the product!

Thanks Ryan!

why do some SFC kits seem to have more "bars" than these (like the 3 points)? Like SLP's for example. They look more like wings. Are SLP ones more rigid than these? Do they do the same thing? Does UMI's SFC's save weight, but sacrifice performance?? Whats the difference between tubular and boxed

Why didn't you go with the boxed style sfc's? How much did you get those for?

ive got the same ones. the chasis feels pretty damn solid with them on. if i jack up one corner, it sets weight on the corner diagnally from it instead of flexing the body like it used to. also provides a really handy jacking point all along the car.

I chose the tubulars because they tuck up very well, I actualy saw a pair on a local 02' SS last week.

I woulda gotten them black, but red is so attractive

man, do SFCs make a difference. i put mine on over a month ago but have only driven the twice since then, but it makes a world of difference, especially around bumpy turns.

i added the STB for shitz and grinz while i was at it.
