Default XtremeLS1 Bad Seller

Basicly, I bought a brake booster off him to use in my thirdgen. He was asked specifically if it had ANY rust on it and told that I did not want to have to paint it. He responded with the booster was basically in great shape with NO RUST. Anyhow the booster came in today and is well.... lets just say rusted. Here is the deal thread. https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/951040-camaro-z28-m6-1999-huge-parts-sale-everything-must-go-prices-negotiable.html

Here are some pics.

Here are a copy of some said PM's.

Shipping will be in the neighborhood of probably 15.00 or so because they weight a few pounds. I would do 65.00 shipped so I will get 50.00 for the brake booster. How does that sound? Does that sound fair? Let me know bud.

Otherwise if you wont budge I will take 50.00 shipped but the 5.00 extra dollars would be cool. The car only had 53,000 on it at the time of the accident. Very low mileage and was a beautiful car. Hated to see it go. But moving on to bigger and better things. Im taking the money Im making on the parts and putting it into a 2001 Corvette so it has its benefits! Lol. Let me know bud and I can get that thing out to ya within the next couple of days!

JT, sorry to hear about that man. I am in the same situation with a block I bought from another member on here who claimed it to be "fresh, just recenlty back from the machine shop."
After taking it to my engine builder he finds scratches in 2 of the cylinder walls..... so he agreed to refund me 125...buts it been over 3 months and still no refund.

Yeah, worst part is he doesn't see that he did anything wrong. My last few dealings with used parts have not gone over well. Looks like I'm buying new from here on out.

I had a run in with him. Luckily I backed out of the deal and he did reimburse me my money
