well fortunately, I had like three rolls of tape just lying arround, so I didnt really spend money on that, But I did use an a$$ load of tape! But the hardest part was taping it all up. Painting took like 30 min. with clear and all.
I probably spent a total of $20-$25.

Very nice. I'm thinking about doing the same to mine. Please enlighten us, what paint did you use?

No hurry though, I want to bump this in a year and see how the paint is standing up to everything. I'm a brake ***** and I know 1000+ degrees will be seen at some point, and often...so I'm worried about how these home done paint jobs hold up.
