I sent paypal directly from my bank account and was told that when it cleared the parts would be sent and I would get a tracking number (I expected that would be the case).

As soon as my paypal cleared I had a message with my tracking number and the parts were already on the way. I dealt with Mike K. and he returned messages very quick with all my questions answered.
