Default Fuel Rail fitting - how do I remove??

Hey guys, I'm stuck here on this 2004 GTO LS1 and the fuel rails 90 degree silver fitting. I can't figure out how to remove it. It's slides forward and backward but it doesn't screw on and unless there's prongs inside of it holding it in....i have no idea how to remove it. Anyone know??

I'm retrofitting it into my 78 Z28 and I need to buy the proper fuel rail connection for it to hook up to a 6AN braided fuel line....anyone knows the best fitting please help me out because the "How To" section is a bit confusing with it's part #'s.

Thanks.

Default

Okay, I figured out I need a special tool.....next question.

To connect this engine's fuel rail to a -6AN flexible fuel line do I use these 2 fittings ?? If not, which ones do I use??

Is THIS the fitting I will need for that nipple off the fuel rail ?? after this a 90 degree angled connector right ??
