Default Allow me to introduce myself

I will get something posted in the introduction section I guess, but since I am including pictures of my GTO, I figured I'd put it here too. Been an owner for almost 2 months, but just joined this site. I have an '04 Torrid Red / Black M6 with Dynatech Longtubes / exhaust and Tybrne MAF thus far, perhaps a few small things to come. I've realized my first mod needs to be my skill. I can get the car around just fine, but for performance, I hate to say, the LS1 has to make up for some of my inadequacies. I'm working on it though! Anyways, here are some pictures!

Well, like I said, the main thing I want to do is maximize the power I have, so I will be spending some money on track time, both twisty and straight. As for the car, from what I can tell, it seems as if I am almost required to get a Ripshifter, though I wanted a short-throw anyways. Also probably going to do HID's and some wheels, want something lightweight with a good look (love dark rims with a polished lip if anyone has suggestions). Other than that, I love washing and waxing the car, so a Zaino investment seems in order as well. Down the road a cam swap, FI, suspension upgrades, and the like are possible, just not in the near future.

I have a pretty significant home theater upgrade coming, so the money has been reallocated for the time being (Def Tech supercubes anybody!)

First stick I've owned, got my practice 2 weeks at a time every 2 years on my trips to Denmark. Not many auto's at all over there.

Learn how to slip the clutch to get no wheel hop and out of the hole. Once you get that down you are on your way.

Drag bags come in quite handy for getting rid of wheel hop...if you have a lot of plans for the track. Very cheap mod!
