Port job and cleanup thanks to 2002blackZ. excellent job, only drove it home from his house so far but the butt dyno approves. its actully a frankenstein TB, its a 2002 housing with 98 cable cam, throttle blade and sensors.
excuse the shitty picture quality, cell phone.

NOTE:this is not WOT. it is as far open as i could get it while taking the picture.

When i tighten down the blade screws, i apply loctite, then i tighted them both almost down but not tight, then i open and close the blade about 6 or 7 times to set it correctly then tighten donw one screw, open and close it again a couple times then tighten down the last one, works like a charm, i have done about 70 now so i have encountered every problem lol.

its hard to tell from the pictures, but it is ported. we compared my stock one to this one. i have to take it off again tonight and do some more work on it to get the sticking under control. im going to see what i can do with the knife edging.
